While positioned as a strong leisure carrier servicing over 33 destinations in the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean, Sun Country sought to fill cyclical travel troughs and improve revenue per seat. Our solution: Ufly Rewards™, a reward program designed to increase revenue and reduce costs through simplicity and unrestricted award travel. Using Olson Denali ’s proprietary Tally® Customer Loyalty Tracking System, Ufly relies on e-communications and stored profile preferences to speed and personalize reservations and—consistent with the airline’s position—keep costs low. The program has two tiers, including a fee-paid option called “Ufly Plus,” which offers guaranteed low airfare and service benefits. Olson Denali's role in the effort includes development of the business case, program design, positioning, website, training, operation of the underlying points engine (Tally), and ongoing communications, promotions and reporting.
